◆ What is the Rank System?
The rank system is a program where a member’s rank is determined by the total amount of points they have purchased in the past.
◆ Background of the Introduction
There are several reasons for this introduction, but the main one is in response to the frequent feedback from all of you: “We want a clearer way to distinguish between free users and paying users.”
With the introduction of this rank system, the difference between free and paying male users is now clear at a glance ✨
◆ Rank Types
There are a total of 9 different rank types.
1️⃣Beginner〔Free User〕
2️⃣Regular
3️⃣Bronze
4️⃣Silver
5️⃣Gold
6️⃣Platinum
7️⃣Diamond
8️⃣Black Diamond
9️⃣Legend
◆ Request
Users with higher ranks have undoubtedly used the app for a long time or spent a significant amount of money.
However, video calls and messages incur the same costs regardless of a user’s rank. Please be careful not to neglect video calls or interactions with lower-ranked men.
While it will become easier to approach high-ranked men proactively, providing the same high level of service to lower-ranked men will help increase the number of high-ranked users on OneLiver in the future.
Therefore, rather than targeting only high-ranked men, we would appreciate it if you could work with the mindset of providing excellent service to men of all ranks, with the long-term goal of nurturing more high-ranked users.

◆ Summary- All free users are classified as Beginner.
- All users ranked Regular or higher are those who have made a purchase in the past.
- Users at Bronze rank or higher will have a frame around their icon.

◆ランク制度とは
ランク制度とは、過去に購入したポイントの総額で会員ランクが決定する制度になります。
◆導入の背景
導入の背景はいくつかありますが、1番の理由は皆さんからの「無料男性と課金男性の区別をもっとわかりやすくしてほしい」という声が多かったためです。
今回のランク制度の導入によって無料男性と課金男性の違いが一目瞭然となっております✨
◆ランクの種類
ランクは全部で9種類あります。

◆お願い
ランクが高いユーザーさんはアプリの利用歴が長かったり、多くのお金を使ってくださっていることに間違いありません。
ですが、ビデオ通話やメッセージのやり取りには、ランクに関係なく等しくお金の支払いが発生しております。
ランクが低い男性のビデオ通話や、やり取りを疎かにしないようにお気を付けいただきますようお願いいたします。また、ランクの高い男性に対して積極的にアプローチがしやすくなりますが、ランクの低い男性にも同様の接客を心掛けていただくことで、将来的にランクの高い男性がOneLiverに多くなります。
その為、ランクの高い男性のみをターゲットにするのではなく、長期的な目線でランクの高い男性を増やすためにも、どのランクの男性に対しても、より良い接客となるよう意識してお仕事をしていただけますと幸いです。
